Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support our first fundraising event of the year! This wouldn't be possible without your support
The Trillium Path Society is a non-profit organization started in 2025 by our team at Three Birds Farm!
Through this organization, our goal is to help support the recovery and rehabilitation of injured or traumatized horses as well as support kids who are recovering from trauma by sponsoring them into extracurricular activities that help them get outside, learn valuable life skills, and most importantly have fun!

We are dedicated to giving horses that have experienced trauma, whether it's from physical injury or mental, a second chance. We will assess their need and offer the time and attention required to help the through each stage.
Horses can be sponsored into our program:
Whether they are injured and need time off/rehab, they have been passed around due to training difficulties, or they have a traumatic experience holding them back from reaching their potential, horses that qualify could be accepted into our onsite program to give them a second chance and help find what path suits them best. Horses can either be adopted through this program or if the owner just needs support but still wants to continue owning their horse, they can both be accepted into our program with little to no cost to the owner.
Owners in need:
In addition to accepting horses into our program, we will also be starting a fund to help assist owners in need of financial support to help cover the costs of major veterinary services.

We are providing a supportive outlet for kids ages 5 - 18 who are recovering from a traumatic experience or are part of the foster care system. We will eventually grow into developing a mentor program for kids transitioning into adult independent living as well!
Stage 1:
Support the foster care system by giving foster kids / families a place to go after school and on school breaks to play in nature, learn about animal care, and have caring adults pour into them with love and understanding. We will have workshops for building life skills such as effective communication, managing big feelings, and making friends.
Your contributions - whether time, skills, or donations - are essential for this organization to run, especially as we are in the early stages. Community is the most important part that makes this possible!
